WannaReview is operated by WannaCall Ltd (company no. 13112226), registered at 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. We are the data controller for the personal data described here and process it in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

  • Account details you provide (name, email, profile information, profile photo or company logo).
  • Verification data from your chosen identity provider — LinkedIn, Google, GitHub, Microsoft or Apple — limited to confirming who you are.
  • Reviews, recommendations, peer feedback and media (images and video) that you or your reviewers submit.
  • For organisations: your team’s membership, reporting lines, and the peer feedback exchanged within the organisation.
  • Basic technical and usage data needed to run the service.

How we use it

To provide your profile and collection forms, verify reviewer identity, moderate content, display approved reviews and media, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Peer feedback within organisations

When an organisation adds you as a team member, colleagues can leave peer feedback about you, and you about them. This feedback is attributed to its author — it is not anonymous.

  • Feedback about you is visible to you, and to the managers above you in your organisation’s reporting line, who may use it to review and recognise performance.
  • Feedback is not shown on any public profile unless you, as the person it is about, choose to publish it.
  • You may take feedback you own with you when you leave an organisation, in keeping with our principle that your reputation belongs to you.

Where the organisation is your employer, it acts as a data controller for this feedback in its role as employer; WannaReview processes it on the basis of the legitimate interests of the organisation and its members in giving, receiving and acting on professional feedback. You can object to this processing or exercise your rights using the contact below.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Your reputation belongs to you: reviews you own can be taken with you or removed. To make a request, email legal@wannareview.com.
